- Is a domain included?
- No. If you already have one, I connect it. If not, you buy one from any registrar, usually about $10 to $20 a year, and I connect it.
- How fast is it ready?
- The same day. Send your details and photos by 12 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, and I send you the finished site to check that day. After noon, or on a weekend or holiday, you get it the next business day. It goes live as soon as you say it is right.
- Can you change the design?
- Text, photos, prices and colors inside the template are part of the setup. A different layout or extra pages is a custom project, which I quote separately.
- What if I do not have photos?
- The demo photos are placeholders. Send your own, even from a phone, and I help pick the best ones. If you have none yet, I can suggest free stock photos.
- What does upkeep cover?
- For $49.99 a month I host the site, keep it secure and up to date, and make up to 30 minutes of small edits a month, like new hours, prices or photos. Bigger changes are quoted first.
- Is the monthly part required?
- Yes. Every site comes with hosting and upkeep at $49.99 a month, so it stays online, secure and up to date without you having to think about it.
- What if a monthly payment fails?
- You get an email right away with a link to pay, and a reminder two days later. If it is still unpaid three days after it was declined, the site goes offline until it is paid, then comes back by itself. Nothing is deleted.
- What if I cancel?
- The site stays online until the end of the month you paid for. Then I send you the site files so you can host it anywhere. It is yours either way.
- What if I change my mind?
- Ask before I start setting up your site and you get the full $499.99 back. One round of changes is included, and if I cannot make the changes you asked for, you get a full refund.
